Job Responsibilities/Roles

  • Responsible for driving overall online sales and maintaining sales margins
  • Tracking conversion rates at each stage and improving the sales funnel
  • Manage a team of highly motivated individuals selling online programs
  • Owing the lead utilization process and accountable for optimal lead usage
  • Responsible for planning the lead mix and marketing budgetary control
  • Ability to double up as a Team Coach to provide ongoing sales training
